Please make sure that the bot is granted the necessary permissions to function. Read the Permissions page to read more. If you've checked if ThunderStats has the required permissions to function, and that you have the required permissions to use commands as well, and the bot is still not responsive, please report it to the support server.
Prefixed message commands such as
r/profileare deprecated and have stopped working. Instead, please make use of ThunderStats' Slash Commands. The full list of commands can be found here.

If ThunderStats is offline, we are probably aware of the situation. If the bot goes down for any known reason, an announcement will always be posted in the
#noticeschannel. If it looks like we are unaware of the downtime (for example, when no announcement was posted), please notify the developer in the support server.
/profile command support PlayStation and Xbox players?ThunderStats currently does not provide support for PlayStation (@psn) or Xbox (@live) users.
ThunderStats is currently not open-source. Currently there are no plans to make ThunderStats open-source in the future.

As of January 2023, we are currently not looking for new members for the ThunderStats team. If we have any free spots or if we are looking for new ThunderStats team members, an announcement will be posted.
