These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ThunderStats's services ("Services"), which include the membership or access on any given server within Discord from ThunderStats. Please read and understand these Terms before adding ThunderStats to your server. If you have any questions, contact a member of the ThunderStats Team via Discord.
By accessing or using our service, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms.
- The ThunderStats Team does not guarantee the service will be error-free. The ThunderStats Team accepts no liability to errors found in the service. While we work hard to ensure a seamless service, we are not liable for damages, errors or mistakes in the service as a result of unintentional errors within the bot. Community members are strongly encouraged to report any encountered errors, mistakes or bugs to us.
- ThunderStats uses several sources ("Sources") to obtain required content for commands. These sources are listed in detail below. ThunderStats does not run, service or own these sources, and is not responsible for any problems or restrictions on their end which, in turn, delays or otherwise restricts or limits access to certain commands on your server.
- ThunderStats is an independent project and is not / does not claim to be created, affiliated with or officially supported by Gaijin Entertainment, War Thunder or ThunderSkill. We do not condone nor support any server which make claims that are related to ThunderStats being created, affiliated with or officially supported by Gaijin Entertainment or ThunderSkill.
- ThunderStats complies with the rules and regulations from the Sources in which it requests data from. We do not condone nor support any server which breaches the Terms of Service or Regulations set by the Sources, and we will not provide services to these servers.
- ThunderStats does not provide service to any server which promotes the use or creation of illegal 3rd party modification to War Thunder, or any other game developed by Gaijin Entertainment.
- ThunderStats does not provide service to any server which promotes the selling or discussion around selling or sale of game accounts for War Thunder, or any other game developed by Gaijin Entertainment.
- ThunderStats complies with the rules and regulations of Discord, including the Discord Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines, Discord Developer Terms of Service or any other regulations set in place by Discord. We do not condone nor support any server which breaches the Discord Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, and we will not provide services to these servers.
- Recreation, modification, or unauthorized re-use, excluding fair use, of the logo of ThunderStats is prohibited.
- These Terms may be changed without notice.
